Planning Ahead

A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences
Proverb 27:12 (NLT)

It is said if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
When we plan, we foresee dangers ahead.
We then have sufficient time to deal with those dangers, instead of getting caught red handed.
We can decide either to fight them or fly away from them way in advance.

What do we see ourselves in 5 years time? 10 years time? 50 years time?
What is our plan to achieve the goals?
What are the obstacles?
How are we gonna deal with the obstacles?

Let us think about these questions as early as possible.
And as we plan, let us not worry. Instead, let us put Him first in our lives (Matt 6:33) and commit our precautionary plan to Him.

Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans
Proverb 16:3 (NIV)
